A porch conversion may sound like a daunting task— after all, you are creating a new functional space. However, PorchPros makes the project simple and quick. The porch conversion process is completed in these 5 easy steps.
Step one: filling out the free estimate form for the porch conversion
The first step to any PorchPros project is to fill out the free estimate form. This form helps us get in contact with you. Once we are able to communicate with you, we start the next step. Click here to fill out the form.
Step two: measuring your preexisting porch
The next step is to have a PorchPros employee come to your house to take measurements of your porch. This process will take less than one day. Our employees are friendly and will be eager to answer any and all questions you may have.
Step three: designing your three-season sunroom
The third step is to decide which features you want your three-season room to have. At PorchPros, we offer many different options for every aspect of three-season rooms. Our frames come in 5 different colors: white, tan, clay, bronze, and black. Our vinyl windows come in 4 different shades: clear, light gray, dark gray, bronze. We also offer two different types of screens which are super-screens and standard screens. To learn more about our products, click here.
With so many options it can be hard to choose. To make it easier to decide, our staff will be happy to help you throughout the process.
Once you have your design picked out, PorchPros will have the materials custom-made and prepared for the next step.
Step four: installing your three-season sunroom
At this stage, a PorchPros employee will come to your home to install your dream three-season room. You are welcome to be as involved or uninvolved in the process as your would like. Our installations typically take less than a day, so you will have your room completed very quickly!
Step five: enjoying your new three-season sunroom!
After the initial 4 steps, you are now able to make the most of your converted porch and decorate your new three-season sunroom! Picture yourself having a hot cup of coffee on a crisp fall morning or enjoying a cool breeze in the summer—all within the comfort of your own home.
